These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 345wi. Please read them carefully before registering or using any 345wi service. By accessing the platform, you confirm your acceptance of all terms set out below.
KEY TERMS AT A GLANCE
345wi strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds confiscated in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual player may hold only one active account on 345wi. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
All 345wi deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and must only deposit funds they can afford to lose without financial hardship.
All bonuses offered by 345wi are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game-specific contribution rates as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds prior to meeting requirements is not permitted.

Access to the 345wi platform and its Services is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 345wi reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player fails to satisfy age verification requirements.

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 345wi platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 345wi identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the verification process. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. 345wi may decline or revoke registration where false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 345wi platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 345wi provides its Services for entertainment purposes under international gaming licensing standards. By accessing the platform, you confirm that doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or restriction in your place of residence or access.
345wi operates full KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawal requests are processed or where 345wi reasonably suspects account misuse. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 345wi Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. 345wi will never ask for your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
You must notify 345wi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. While 345wi will take reasonable measures to assist following notification, 345wi accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
Players are strongly advised to access 345wi only from personal, secure devices. 345wi recommends enabling the Two-Factor Authentication feature available in Account settings. You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

345wi accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. 345wi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. 345wi will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening and may be declined where 345wi has reasonable grounds for concern.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 345wi aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.
345wi reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification.
345wi does not charge any fees on the platform side for deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers or banks may impose their own processing charges, for which 345wi accepts no responsibility. Players should consult their payment provider's fee schedule for clarity.
⚠️ Anti-Money Laundering: 345wi is obligated to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. Where 345wi has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds have been obtained through unlawful activity, it will freeze the relevant Account and report the matter to appropriate authorities. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by 345wi are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that particular promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by 345wi are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the original bonus amount received. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
345wi reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using 345wi bonuses, or using software to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers — will have their Account closed and all associated Funds forfeited.
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to validity periods as specified in each promotion. Upon expiry of the validity period, any unclaimed or unwagered Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account automatically. 345wi will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
345wi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn prior to its stated end date, 345wi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of withdrawal will have their existing bonus terms honoured.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345wi platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 345wi intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 345wi.
Game content made available on the 345wi platform may be owned by third-party game developers who have licensed their content to 345wi. Such third-party intellectual property rights remain vested in their respective owners. 345wi does not claim ownership of third-party game content made available on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wi's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or connected to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
345wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, regardless of whether 345wi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 345wi's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
345wi reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account may be involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) the Account may be at risk of unauthorised access; or (e) where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, 345wi may permanently close the Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of proven fraud, collusion, money laundering, or underage access, all Funds including winnings may be forfeited in their entirety. 345wi will provide written notification of permanent closure and the grounds therefor.
You may request closure of your 345wi Account at any time by contacting 345wi support via live chat. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days of the request. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any Real Money Funds in your Account. 345wi is not obligated to pay out Bonus Funds upon voluntary Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 345wi platform or Services, you should first contact 345wi's Customer Support team via the live chat facility or by email to the address provided in Section 15. 345wi will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of 345wi's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority or independent adjudicator as specified in 345wi's licensing documentation. Details of the applicable escalation route will be provided to you in 345wi's response to your complaint.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that any unresolved dispute arising from your use of the 345wi platform shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial in respect of any such dispute. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
345wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 345wi will provide not less than seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Notice will be provided by posting a notification on the 345wi platform and, where 345wi holds your email address, by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the 345wi platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.3.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 345wi platform. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. Where there is a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English language version, the English language version shall prevail.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 345wi holds its gaming licence, as may be updated from time to time.
345wi operates under international gaming licensing standards. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
